I will try to follow your tutorial and download this asset. Personally I don't love the asset, but I know you'll make great assets, everybody gets better!!

sad its does not go further. now with the unity disatster, it surely would need a full fledged tilemap tutorial with streets, pathfinding, map generation, collision and so on
